Agreement

By downloading or using Vessel you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app alongside these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vessel on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

Subscriptions

Vessel Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (for example yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly). Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Not medical advice

Vessel is a diary. It does not measure blood pressure, does not diagnose, and is not a medical device. Categories follow published guideline thresholds for information only, and your doctor may use different targets. Always talk to a health professional about your readings. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your content

What you create in Vessel is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. Your readings are never locked behind a subscription: you can always view, edit, delete and export them.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its purchase system.

No warranty, limited liability

Vessel is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data.
